Our Workflow

Whether you’re organizing a massive festival, a club night, or a live artist set, here is exactly what happens when you partner with us. No surprises, no radio silence. Just a flawless, professional process from start to finish.

1. Booking & Brief

Once you reach out, we lock down the essentials together: date, venue, expected coverage, and the specific deliverables your brand requires.

  • What we need from you: Event date and location, style/mood references, and your set time.

2. Pre-Production & Technical Sync

Great content is won before the cameras even roll. We plan our multi-camera matrix based on your venue’s layout and stage design.

  • What we need from you: Recent photos/videos of the venue and the final stage design layout.
  • Team Connection Required: We need you to connect us directly with sound engineer and production crew prior to the event. This allows us to secure a dedicated audio feed from the mixer, establish safe camera placements, and ensure a smooth, professional production workflow.

3. Shoot Day

We arrive early, install our setups, and handle operations completely autonomously.

  • Your only job: Focus on running a flawless event or delivering an incredible DJ set. We take care of the rest.

4. Post-Production & Timeline

Within 1 to 2 weeks after the event, you will receive the first complete preview of your video set.

  • 💥 Note on Peak Season: During the high festival season, we operate on a strict first-booked, first-edited basis.
  • 🚀 Need it faster? We offer an External Priority Editing add-on. If you choose to fast-track your project, an external editor will be assigned exclusively to your footage to prioritize your delivery ahead of the queue.

5. Preview, Feedback & Required Assets

Once you receive the first preview, you have one round of adjustments to submit your notes. To proceed with the final delivery, we will need you to supply the following assets:

  • 🔒 Strict Spoiler Policy: To maintain maximum hype and impact for your upcoming launch, this preview link is strictly confidential. Sharing this video publicly before the official release will ruin the surprise for your fans.
  • 📸 Artist Press Photo: A high-quality photo focusing primarily on the artist, which our design team will use to create a premium, custom YouTube thumbnail.
  • 🔊 Teaser Timestamps: Provide 5 to 9 timestamps of your favorite moments from the video set that you want turned into high-impact social media teasers (maximum 29 seconds each). Don’t want to choose? You can leave the selection entirely up to our creative team.

6. Global Publication & Step-by-Step Promo

Once the video is approved, a dedicated publication and promo specialist from our team will guide you step-by-step through the entire launch process. They will coordinate everything we need from you, including:

  • YouTube Tracklist: Helping you prepare a clean, timestamped tracklist for the YouTube description. Down below you can see how it needs to look.
00:00:05 – Artist – Name of the track
00:01:23 – Artist – Name of the track
  • Premiere Coordination: Setting up the official YouTube Premiere and guiding you on how to communicate and engage live with your fans in the chat during the premiere.
  • Socials Distribution: Pushing and cross-promoting your set across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • IG Collaboration: Sending an Instagram Collaboration invite directly to your profile so the post instantly populates on your feed, sharing our combined audience reach effortlessly.

7. Archive – Your Footage, Kept Safe

Most media crews wipe their drives the moment an invoice is settled. We don’t.

  • Short-Form Video Archive (Extended 12 Months): We also back up and save all your finalized short teasers, Reels, and TikToks for an additional 12 months after the project is closed. If you ever need them resent or want to reuse them down the line, just ask. We have them stored safely.
