Log files
Bass Portal follows a standard procedure of using log files. Hosting and web systems may record visitors when they access the website. Information can include IP addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time, referring or exit pages and technical interaction data.
This information is used for operating and securing the website, analysing trends and understanding how the website is used. Standard log information is not intended to be linked to directly identifying information unless this is necessary for security, troubleshooting or legal purposes.
Advertising & third parties
Third-party advertising services, external websites or embedded services may use technologies such as cookies, JavaScript or web beacons. Those services may receive technical information such as an IP address when content is requested from their systems.
Bass Portal does not control cookies or processing performed independently by third-party websites or advertising providers. This Privacy Policy therefore does not replace the privacy policies of those third parties. We recommend reviewing the relevant third-party privacy information and browser controls where applicable.
Google Calendar & OAuth
Bass Portal s.r.o. uses Google OAuth 2.0 to connect the Bass Portal DJ Studio Manager with Google Calendar for authorized users.
Google data we access
When a user authorizes the Google Calendar integration, the application may access Google Calendar data necessary to provide calendar synchronization. This may include calendar and event information required to create, identify, read, update and delete calendar events associated with Bass Portal DJ Studio bookings.
The integration does not require access to the user’s Google account password.
How we use Google data
Google Calendar data is used solely to provide and maintain the requested DJ Studio booking and calendar synchronization features, including:
- creating calendar events for studio bookings;
- updating calendar events when a booking changes;
- removing calendar events when a booking is cancelled or deleted;
- identifying previously synchronized calendar events so bookings can remain synchronized.
Google user data is not used for advertising, profiling, marketing, credit decisions or purposes unrelated to the functionality of the Bass Portal DJ Studio Manager.
Storage & retention
Authorization information, OAuth tokens, calendar event identifiers and other technical information necessary to maintain the Google Calendar connection may be stored securely by Bass Portal s.r.o. for as long as required to provide the integration.
Google user data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the functionality for which access was granted or where retention is required for security, legal or regulatory purposes.
Sharing of Google user data
Bass Portal s.r.o. does not sell Google user data. Google user data is not transferred to third parties for advertising, data brokerage, profiling or other unrelated purposes.
Data may only be disclosed where necessary to provide functionality explicitly requested by the user, where required by applicable law, for security purposes or with the user’s explicit consent.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Bass Portal s.r.o.’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access to Google user data is limited to permissions necessary to provide the Google Calendar integration and its user-facing functionality.
Revoking Google access
Users can revoke Bass Portal’s access to their Google account at any time through their Google Account settings for connected third-party apps and services. After authorization is revoked, the Bass Portal DJ Studio Manager will no longer be able to access the user’s Google Calendar through that authorization.
Children’s information
Another priority is protecting children while they use the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in and guide their children’s online activity.
Bass Portal does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 through the general website. If you believe a child has provided this kind of information, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to remove it from our records where appropriate.
Online privacy policy & contact
This Privacy Policy applies to Bass Portal’s online activities and to information shared with or collected by Bass Portal through this website and the online services described above. It does not automatically apply to information collected entirely offline or through unrelated third-party channels.
