Social Media Manager

What this is about.

This role is about learning and eventually owning the full social-media workflow around Bass Portal and DnB Portal: planning, publishing, short-form content, community activity and learning from what performs. Professional experience is not required. If you have basic content instincts, understand English well and can already find your way around a tool such as CapCut, we can teach you the rest.

Real projects, real output.

• Help plan and publish content across Bass Portal and DnB Portal social channels.
• Turn releases, DJ sets, studio footage, events and existing long-form material into useful social content.
• Create or prepare Reels, Stories, posts and other short-form formats as your skill grows.
• Write or adapt captions and publishing copy in English for an international electronic-music audience.
• Be proactive in the community: follow conversations, react to relevant activity and help the brands feel active rather than automated.
• Review basic performance and learn which hooks, formats and topics are worth repeating or improving.

What we are looking for.

• You do not need previous professional social-media management experience.
• A basic understanding of short-form content and a tool such as CapCut is enough to start.
• Good English comprehension is important because the brands communicate with an international audience.
• You should be curious, proactive and willing to learn the complete workflow instead of only posting finished assets.
• An interest in electronic music is useful, but we care more about motivation, judgement and consistency than scene credentials.
